Photos
As of this moment, most of the photos on this site use FancyZoom. This means that when you click a photo, it will enlarge in that screen in front of everything else, and not in a new page or window. For the most part this works really well. There are a few times however when the photo will load partially behind the window. I have no idea what causes this so for right now I can only hope that my next update on the page will get rid of it. Sorry for any inconvenience it may cause. Due to the way FancyZoom works, photos will not load "properly" (ie, in the same window/page) if clicked before the page is finished loading. Please wait until everything has loaded to click photos to be sure FancyZoom will work.
Currently the Galleries do not use FancyZoom or any other viewing program other then what is prebuilt with my site designer software. If I can get a viewing program that does what I want and is easy to use, then I will switch everything over.
Navigation
This site is broken into a few different "site" sections: Galleries, Costumes (which is really just sub categories of Historical, Theatre and Other), Yarn, Metal, Makeup, Wigs and Main. If you find yourself on a page with no sidebar and you want to go to another section or just don't want to hit the 'Back' button a bunch of times, just click on the blue RAINBOW JOULE site name at the top. That will take you to the main page of that section which will always have a sidebar.
Go ahead and try it now. Click the blue title and it will take you back to the front page!
